Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an item doesn’t fit quite right, or you simply need a different size. No worries—we’re happy to help you with an exchange.


Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and still has its original tag and packaging.

  • Your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is not on sale, not part of a clearance deal, or not marked as final sale.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Socks and innerwear

  • Used or washed items

  • Items returned without original packaging or tag

  • Sale or promotional items


Exchange Process

  1. Email us at klikmart341@outlook.com or message us via 011-1281 7439 with your order number, item name, and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. You will need to send the item back to us via a trackable courier of your choice.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send out the replacement or provide store credit (if the requested size or item is unavailable).


Shipping Costs

  • The return shipping cost (to us) is borne by the customer.

  • We will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to you (within Malaysia only).


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll arrange a free exchange or full refund for such cases.


Important Notes

  • We allow one-time exchange per item/order only.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria above.
